“Voir Dire – Practice and Predictability Using a Real Case and Real Jurors”
(If you desire MCLE credit, requires participation by attorney during voir dire and closing)
Modified Focus Group “course” approved for MCLE Credits – “Voir Dire – Practice and Predictability Using a Real Case and Real Jurors.” Attorneys choose whether the case to be discussed is a prepared standard “slip and fall” case, or a current case from your firm. Attorneys receive 4.5 MCLE credits as they conduct voir dire and closing with real jurors. “Jurors” are rated after voir dire, then Amy presents the abbreviated case (shortened to 50 minutes) while attorneys watch via livestream. Attorneys observe as jurors deliberate, and join in on juror debrief. Day concludes with honest evaluation of the accuracy of your predictions about “juror” desirability. Includes juror questionnaires.
